2.0 What Data Do We Collect?
2.1 Site Visitor Information
To make sure our website is clear and easy to use for our customers we use Google Analytics. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to know how many people are visiting our website, the country they are visiting from, the internet browser they are using to view our site and the type of device and operating system they are accessing it from. All of this information is anonymous and there is no way we could identify any particular individuals from this data.
2.2 Contact Forms
Any information provided via the contact form on our Contact Us page is sent to our team over encrypted email servers. The information is not held on the site or visible to any other third party service providers. The team then will respond to the query and store the information in one of our secure databases.
2.3 Email Newsletter
If customers have subscribed to our newsletter via our website or through feedback forms at an event then we may send them an email updating them with the latest news from Unwind.
If you do not wish to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of those emails or contact our data controller whose information can be found in section 6.0.

3.0 How We Store Data
If you provide us with information via a contact form, through email or over the phone, your information will be added to our secure CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Database by our team. This is only recorded to ensure we answer your query or provide the relevant service in a timely and appropriate manner.

5.0 Data Breaches
If this website, our business database(s), or any of our third party service providers such as Google Analytics, Squarespace or MailChimp should experience an unlawful data breach where any personal data that can be in any way identified is stolen, we will report it to any and all of the relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours.
6.0 Requesting to View, Change or Remove Your Data
Should you wish to view, change or remove the information that we hold about you or your organisation, or request any further information about how we store and record your data, please contact our data controller:
